2025 Taipei International Tea Expo (Nov 14–17, Nangang Exhibition Center),
presenting three much-anticipated creations:
the Fushou Lishan Winter Tea, the Oolong Red Tea,
and the exclusive Lishan Tea Diamond Cookie, 
a limited-edition delicacy crafted especially for the event.

More than a product launch, it is a sensory exhibition that brings
the soul of the high mountains into the heart of the city.

Fushou Lishan Winter Tea — The First Breath of Cloud and Mist

Cultivated at 2,400 meters in Taiwan’s celebrated Fushou Lishan region,
Serenitea’s Winter Tea captures the purity and stillness of the season.
The sharp temperature shifts between day and night create a tea that is
silky, floral, and beautifully layered,  a rare expression of altitude and patience.

Each batch is documented through Serenitea’s Single-Origin Numbering System,
a record of its harvest conditions and craftsmanship,

Oolong Red Tea — A Poetic Dance Between Sunlight and Amber

The newly introduced Oolong Red Tea transforms the elegance of
Lishan Oolong through gentle oxidation,
unfolding aromas of honey, fruit, and soft florals.
It bridges two worlds. The refinement of Oolong and the depth of Red Tea, 
creating a cup that is both comforting and modern,

The highlight of this year’s showcase is the Lishan Tea Diamond Cookie,
an exclusive creation developed solely for the 2025 Tea Expo.
Infused with high-mountain Fushou Lishan tea powder
and baked using French artisanal techniques,
the cookie offers a delicate crispness and an elegant lingering aroma, 
as if the mountain’s air and sunlight were captured within each bite.

For this year’s Taipei Tea Expo, Serenitea has designed
an immersive space inspired by the theme “Light Over Clouds.”
The booth recreates the sensory essence of Lishan through sound, scent, and shadow,

without leaving the city.
