Characteristic
With the delicate and sweet aroma of Paochong tea as its main theme, this gin is complemented by the calming fragrance of Roman chamomile. Crafted using a combination of distillation and infusion methods, it preserves both the tea’s color and aroma. The final blend is filtered and bottled at 43% ABV. The spirit has a champagne-yellow hue, reflecting the vibrant and refreshing character of Paochong tea.<br/><br/>On the nose, the chamomile enhances the white floral and crisp tea notes of Paochong tea. On the palate, the tea flavors take center stage—bright and grounded at first, with a lively tea finish. It is recommended to enjoy neat or as a gin and tonic.
