At the core of this innovation is Eureka’s patented “Diamond Inside” cryogenic heat treatment technology.
Performed at –193 degree , this process creates a denser metal crystal structure that significantly enhances wear resistance and extends the burr’s lifespan.
Based on this proprietary technology, Eureka has developed two major burr series:
Pure Diamond and Black Diamond.
The Black Diamond burrs further incorporate a diamond-like carbon (DLC) coating, combining the hardness of diamond with the smoothness of graphite to deliver long-term consistency and stable grinding performance.
To suit diverse applications, Eureka offers four distinct Black Diamond geometries:
Espresso Specialty Black, Italian Espresso Taste Black, High Performance Black, and All Purpose Black.
