Features

Effectively eliminates smoke and odors generated during coffee roasting, including: steam, volatile aromas, vaporized oils, organic dust, fine ash, and gases such as CO, NOx, SOx.

Equipped with an extra-thick rock wool insulation layer, improving heating efficiency, reducing heat loss, and ensuring safety and reliability.

Burner operating modes:

Automatic temperature control — via thermocouple probe (connectable to the roasting drum to monitor chamber temperature, or to the exhaust duct to monitor exhaust temperature).

Manual operation — via operator control.

PLC touch-screen HMI for simple, intuitive operation.

Operating temperature range: 250–700°C.

Available in fixed standing or mobile caster designs.
