Cimbria LAB-GA Gravity Separator

When raw materials have similar shape, size, and surface roughness, it is often difficult to separate good from defective products using only standard vibrating screens or air separators.
The LAB-GA Gravity Separator, based on the principle of density separation, utilizes airflow lifting combined with the frictional vibration of an inclined deck surface to precisely divide materials into more than five fractions.
It effectively removes light impurities such as immature kernels, broken grains, husks, small twigs, fine dust, and more.

Small-Batch Operation — Unlike traditional gravity separators that require large input quantities per batch to achieve good results, the LAB-GA is a special model designed for small-scale farmers and laboratories.

Precise Separation — Multiple discharge outlets allow separation into different grades of products and by-products with varying quality.

Stable Feeding — The feeding inlet is equipped with a linear vibrator, ensuring consistent input flow and ease of control for the operator.

Continuously Adjustable Deck — Both axes of the deck surface feature two manual adjustment wheels, offering stepless fine-tuning capability.

Frequency-Controlled Deck Vibration — The vibration intensity is precisely regulated by a frequency inverter.

Frequency-Controlled Airflow — The lifting airflow through the deck is also stabilized and adjusted via a frequency inverter.
