The Shelbru Ultimate Brewing System (uBS) is a reference-grade coffee dripper engineered for precision, repeatability, and a clean workflow. Two interchangeable chambers—a flat-bottom for balanced clarity and a V-cone (V60-style) for nuanced articulation—let you shift cup profiles without changing your routine. Double-walled, vacuum-insulated cups stabilize the slurry for three to five minutes, while a ceramic-coated interior preserves pure, untainted flavor.

A tactile, 20-step flow controller indexes the outlet from 0% to 100%. Seal it for immersion, pick a step for percolation, or bloom closed and then open to a defined percentage for hybrid brews. Because each position is fixed, you can document recipes, train teams, and reproduce results across shifts and locations.

Clean brewing comes standard. The Splash Guard prevents server mess during multi-pour recipes, and the integrated Chilling Compartment accepts a PCM-encapsulated stainless ball that softly lands serving temperature around 59–65 °C—the sensory sweet spot for aligned sweetness, acidity, and aroma.
