• Sullivans Cove: whose French Oak Cask won World’s Best Single Malt Whisky in 2014, giving international recognition to Tasmanian craft.
• Hellyers Road: based in Burnie, known for consistent releases and a wide export footprint across more than 20 countries.
• Lawrenny Estate Distillery: located in the Central Highlands, one of only a few true “paddock to bottle” distilleries worldwide. Lawrenny grows its own barley, draws water from the Upper River Derwent and matures casks in the island’s pristine climate.
