The tea factory dates back to 1903, when the first tea farmer, Mr. Li Cai, planted the first tea garden. The business has been passed down through generations for over a century, now in its fourth generation. Growing up watching his father grow and cultivate tea, the owner deeply understands the hard work of farmers and is eager to learn the art of tea-making to create even better-tasting tea. The Dongda Tea Factory was established in April 2010. The owner, starting from scratch, does everything himself, diligently planting, making, and even selling the tea. He tests each tea multiple times daily to identify and refine any flaws, ensuring the factory's tea maintains consistent quality. The Dongda Tea Shop opened in 2011, further refining its tea offerings and ensuring that visitors from far and wide can enjoy a taste of quality tea. The company also passed ISO 22000 and HACCP food hygiene management certifications in March 2018, steadily expanding its reach.
