Characteristic

 

1. This machine is assembled by pressing board in order to adjust and install conveniently.
2. The main motor adopts frequency conversion speed adjustment. The cutting times vary from15 to 45 times/minute.
3. The feeding material with servo motor in this machine is adopted with the stable operation and accurate synchronization. And it can be freely adjusted during operation in the range, which indicates that the block dimensions can be designed within this scope.
4. The forming heating board can open and close automatically, also can delay to start, so as to control and lower the waste of the material during the production. It can be served to reduce the heating power and temperature, saving energy and increasing the stability etc. with using this contact heating plate.
5. Automatic alarming and stopping in case of completing or breaking of plastic piece. It’s equipped with emergency stop safety device, which can improve the safety during the operator commissioning and mould replacing
