Characteristic
Preform neck crystallizer for heat resistant bottles. This machine can operate stand-alone or be integrated into a complete molding line. It is used to prevent neck deformation during hot filling and capping in hot fill or pasteurizable products. These bottle preform neck crystallizers offer nominal outputs of 6,000 (CM-6000N) and 12,000 (CM-12000) crystallized preforms per hour for bottles for up to 30(38)*mm thread diameter. Machine functions as hot fillable bottle production line when combined with PM Series and HSB-4N / HSB-6N.
