Production region: Tuscany<br/>Vines: Blend of red grapes<br/>Features: Deeply amaranth colour shows dense and impenetrable hues in the glass. It appeals with an extremely fruity bouquet of ripe red fruits, as black cherry and currant, woven together with faintest fine and complex notes of vanilla and caramel. The revealed powerful, structured yet elegant palate is perfectly balanced with smooth and well-integrated tannins. Dried fruit, bitter chocolate and arabica coffee notes send a clearly wave of deliciously intense flavors across the full-bodied and persistent mouthfeel . It pairs beautifully with mushroom-based first and main courses, like risotto and escalope, braised meats and game, long-seasoned cheeses.
