Characteristic
A work of art meticulously crafted by master brewers. To preserve more of its original flavor, it is brewed using high-quality Yamada Nishiki No. 1 rice from Hyogo Prefecture and employs the "bag-hanging" method. This involves placing the sake mash in a cloth bag and suspending it, allowing the sake to drip out naturally under gravity—a process we call "shizukuzake." Due to its extremely time-consuming nature, only about 500 bottles can be produced annually, and this method is used only for high-end, premium sake. It is undoubtedly one of the best choices for a gift.

How can I describe this sake to express the emotion I feel upon tasting it? What words can capture the unique beauty of this sake? I can only say that this sake has a flavor that words cannot describe; only by tasting it can you truly appreciate its uniqueness.
