In 1860, Mr. Alberti discovered the recipe for a fabled love potion and, together with his father, a skilled apothecary, crafted this enchanting herbal liqueur. They named this unique, all-natural liqueur “Strega,” the Italian word for "witch," to reflect its mythical origins. Strega liqueur is made from over 70 natural herbs and spices sourced from around the world. The iconic yellow color comes from saffron, a spice more precious than gold, which not only gives Strega its distinctive hue but also adds depth to its aromatic flavor. In addition to the famous saffron liqueur, the Strega product line includes lemon liqueur, cream liqueur, almond liqueur, grappa, coffee liqueur, and anise liqueur, offering a variety of flavors for different tastes.
