Meditalent Pharma Co., Ltd. Donates AHCHOO Spray to Help Vulnerable Groups
 

With over 40 years of dedication to the research and development of traditional Chinese medicine, Meditalent Pharmaceutical Technology recently donated 3,000 bottles of AHCHOO Spray, a Chinese herbal medicine spray. Partnering with pharmacies, traditional Chinese medicine clinics, and Western medical clinics, these donations are provided free of charge to vulnerable families in need, marking a heartwarming milestone in the history of Taiwan’s traditional medicine development.

Mr. Xu Wuqing, Chairman of Meditalent Pharmaceutical Technology, shared that in early May, they learned from a pharmacy in Xizhi that some families in the local community were facing financial difficulties and lacked adequate pandemic prevention supplies. After assessing the situation, Meditalent promptly applied for a public welfare medicine donation through Taiwan’s Ministry of Health and Welfare’s Food and Drug Administration, responding to the silent goodwill of the unnamed pharmacy that quietly initiated this charity effort.

Mr. "Oppa WIN," founder of the health platform Drs. Kampo which helped coordinate the event, expressed deep appreciation for the kindness and dedication of Taiwan’s doctors and pharmacists. Despite rising costs and shortages of Chinese herbal medicines, pharmaceutical companies still stepped up to provide much-needed support, which is truly heartening. This initiative represents a triple win for public health, social care, and the promotion of traditional Chinese medicine awareness. It’s a joy to help facilitate such socially impactful activities that not only inject warmth and compassion into society but also encourage more people to experience the humble yet powerful benefits of traditional Chinese medicine—a positive cycle indeed.
