Together, the partners aim to overcome long-standing challenges in skincare product stability, efficacy verification, and toxicological evaluation. By combining AI-powered modeling with precision manufacturing, they are creating a new generation of intelligent, personalized, and scientifically validated skincare products.

Yuan An Biotech brings years of experience in R&D, process scale-up, and quality validation. Building on a strong academic foundation, the team has developed an automated Product Information File (PIF) generation system. This system leverages quantum algorithms and proprietary AI models to significantly enhance the accuracy and efficiency of toxicology predictions, skin efficacy simulations, and product documentation—forming a critical tool for innovation and regulatory compliance in smart skincare development.

This Japan–Taiwan partnership not only exemplifies the growing impact of Taiwan’s Southbound Policy but also highlights a forward-looking northbound expansion into the Japanese market.
