Established in 1995, LAYS CONTAINERS & PUMPS CO., LTD, headquartered at No. 62, Yongfong Rd., Taiping District, Taichung City 41161, Taiwan (R.O.C.), specializes in manufacturing high-quality containers and packaging materials for cosmetics and skincare products. With decades of industry experience, we provide comprehensive one-stop OEM and ODM services — from mold development and injection/blow molding to spraying, printing, and hot stamping — tailored to the unique needs of our global clientele.

Our integrated manufacturing capabilities include:

- In-house mold design and development

- Injection molding (select models use eco-friendly PET material)

- Blow molding (fully utilizes eco-friendly PET material)

- Internal and external bottle spraying (using paints compliant with EU environmental standards)

- Bottle printing and hot stamping

- Eco-friendly vacuum metallizing for all plastic components, replacing traditional water-based electroplating and eliminating wastewater and heavy metal pollution

As part of our commitment to sustainability, LAYS has fully adopted vacuum metallizing technology across all plastic decoration processes. This advanced method delivers premium metallic finishes without generating harmful wastewater or pollutants, effectively replacing conventional electroplating and aligning with global environmental regulations.

To further minimize our environmental footprint, we utilize German-imported solvent recovery systems. These systems allow us to efficiently filter and reuse solvents used in the spraying process, significantly reducing volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions and enhancing material utilization in line with circular economy principles.

In water resource management, our facility is equipped with a wastewater filtration and reuse system, which recycles treated water for use in restrooms and landscape irrigation, promoting water conservation and reducing our overall environmental impact.
