“Free Pineapple Cakes for Visitors! Vigor Kobo Marks Its 33rd Anniversary with Its First Appearance at the 2025 Taiwan Food Exhibition”

Vigor Kobo, a well-established Taiwanese bakery with 33 years of heritage, will make its debut at the 2025 Taiwan Food Series Exhibition. To celebrate the occasion, the brand will host a “Free Pineapple Cake Tasting Event” during the weekend exhibition dates, inviting visitors to the Nangang Exhibition Center to enjoy Taiwan’s internationally acclaimed souvenir pastry.

Founded in Tamsui and renowned for its pineapple cakes, Vigor Kobo has long been dedicated to promoting Taiwan’s gift culture. In recent years, the company has actively collaborated with local agricultural producers—incorporating premium ingredients such as Qishan bananas from Kaohsiung, Puli passion fruit from Nantou, Gukeng coffee from Yunlin, and Mullet roe from Beigang—into its pastry creations. These innovative products highlight Taiwanese terroir and craftsmanship, earning multiple awards from both domestic and European gourmet competitions and securing the brand’s position on the global stage.

Vigor Kobo has previously participated in numerous international tourism promotions, introducing Taiwanese souvenirs to markets including Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, China, and the United States. Its first entry into a major domestic food exhibition aims to allow local consumers to rediscover and savor the authentic “Taste of Taiwan.”

According to the organizer, the 2025 Taiwan Food Series Exhibition gathers a wide array of Taiwanese food and beverage brands, ranging from classic souvenirs and traditional snacks to specialty agricultural products and innovative beverages.
