Ticket Purchase Terms & Conditions

1. You may only purchase up to 10 tickets in a single order. If you require more than 10 tickets, please divide them into multiple purchase orders.
2. An advance sale barcode ticket (QRCODE) is valid for entry by one person for one day only, during 2026/1/4. It is invalid after the expiry date. It will not be reissued if lost or damaged. It cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer. Be careful not to lose or misplace it to prevent misuse.
3. Tickets may be purchased online using VISA, MasterCard, JCB or UnionPay cards only. We do not support payment using American Express or Diners Club.
4. If you wish to refund your ticket, please apply in our system before 2026/1/1 23:59 to receive a full refund. Tickets cannot be refunded after the aforementioned date or if already used. Only refund of the full order is possible and partial refunds will not be processed. If an event is cancelled or delayed, refund availability and conditions will be based on organiser announcements.
5. Do not resell or give away any advance sale barcode tickets (QRCODE) at the event location. In case of violation, the organizer reserves the right to confiscate the tickets and cancel the right to admission. Please also be careful not to purchase tickets from an unknown or unauthorized seller.
6. Advance sale barcode ticket (QRCODE) holders may enter and leave the venue an unlimited number of times on the day of use. If you wish to leave and re-enter later, please receive a stamp at the event exit to facilitate identification upon re-entry. If you need to re-enter the event on a different day, please purchase an additional ticket.
7. Other relevant terms and conditions are listed on the official website. If the ticket holder violates any terms or conditions, the organizer reserves the right to cancel their right to admission.
8. If there are any outstanding issues not covered by the above terms and conditions, the organizer reserves the right to the addition or modification of the terms and conditions, and any additions or modifications will be listed on the official website and at the event location.
