The Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA) promotes the “SME Digital Harmony Program” in order to help microenterprises increase digital empowerment, integrate business co-prosperity, and teach microenterprises how to utilize new technologies and techniques to enable them to sustain their operations and connect their energies. Recently, C&C Care and ARROW Technology shared their insights from the perspective of a successfully transformed enterprise, and called on microenterprises that have the need for digital transformation to find their own positioning and sustain their operations through the “SME Digital Harmony Program”.

Shih-Huei Kuo, Vice President of Product Development of Kang Cheng Care, shared that under the Digital Wellness Program, it is a very direct platform for caregiving families, cases, and assistive device manufacturers to work together to utilize a quick assessment tool that allows caregivers to know exactly what assistive devices they need, and that the platform is integrating all the resources so that you can reach your audience with a very high degree of precision.
Huang Peiyi, director of ALTECH, said that through this program to develop SAS services for different industries, it will form an ecosystem system. For example, in addition to the hostel system that ALTECH has cooperated with China Friendship, there are also booking systems for the tourism industry and the shopping district system. It can help Taiwan's micro and small enterprises to do digital transformation and reduce costs and income, which is of great benefit to the whole industry.
In order to let micro enterprises know how to make good use of government resources to successfully transform, the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Small and Medium Enterprises Office commissioned the Chung Hwa Software Association to organize the “Guide to Digital Transformation for Small Enterprises” program. The “Case Sharing Seminar on Assisting Small Enterprises in Digital Transformation” aims to assist microenterprises with fewer than 9 employees in introducing adaptive cloud or digital tools for their digitalization and digital optimization development.
